Terms of Service

Accepting these terms
By using Cerno you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Cerno.
What Cerno does
Cerno reads the last 90 days of your Chrome history through a Chrome extension and uses an AI model to write a profile of you from it. You read the profile on the Cerno site.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to use Cerno. You sign in with Google, and you are responsible for your Google account. Use Cerno only with your own browsing history, from a Chrome profile that is yours.
The profile is written by an AI model
The profile can be wrong, can miss things, and can draw wrong conclusions from the evidence. It is written for your own reading. Do not rely on it as professional advice (medical, legal or financial) or as a factual record.
Your content
Your history and your profile remain yours. You give Cerno permission to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access other people’s data, disrupt or overload the service, or get around its limits. Do not use Cerno to profile someone else.
Availability
Cerno is an early service. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, be interrupted or be discontinued, and the number of runs may be limited.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cerno is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You can stop using Cerno at any time, and you can ask for your data to be deleted by emailing hello@cerno.si. Cerno may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes. If you keep using Cerno after a change, you accept the new terms.
